Chemical Free &
sexy Stainless Steel?
Ecojarz sent me a stainless steel wide mouth drinking jar lid and straw for free but my opinion is all me.
I grew up drinking out of mason jars. They were our only glass containers with lids too as it was the era of plastic that leached into our drinks and food. I don’t have to worry about my kids or future grandkids dealing with bpa or chemicals creepin in their food because Ecojarz stainless steel drinking jar lids will last forever. And, not to sound redundant but they’re made of stainless steel. I can’t imagine how you’d break them unless you’re purposely trying to cut it with a metal blade or something.
Forget the wooden toys…you want to save these for the grandbabies.
And, while they keep lots of nasties out of your drink they also help with preventing messy spills. Eco Jarz have a wee vent hole and a sippin’ hole. You add the stainless steel straw into the sippin’ hole and it holds it there so you’re not chasing your straw around the jar. No one wants to see a tongue fishin’ for a straw. It’s gross.
Anyways, I knocked my glass over and immediately picked it up. I followed normal spill protocol which is screaming for a towel, setting the jar to rights and grabbing the yarn/paint/paper/laptop I’m working on so it’s not soaked. I picked it right up and had to stop in mid yell because there was barely anything spilled! It was just a dribble!
I could use the cuff of my sleeve to wipe it up! (yeah, I’m classy.)
The kids came running with towels ’cause a quart of tea is a LOT of tea and they know the drill. Sunshine and Tyler dive for under the table thinking it’s already on the floor. We just look at each other…amazed….and then I wipe it up with my sleeve. Hey…I’m not dirtying a towel unless I have to.
If you’re a spiller or have a spiller in your house…you need some ecojarz stainless steel drinking jar lids. They’ll save you time, money and aggravation from cleaning spills. Pop over and check them out and save not only the planet from plastic, chemicals and disposable cups but the art projects too!
